Print color bad analysis of the causes and countermeasures

Print color bad causes and coping methods:
1. The ink is not balance, try to at least as far as possible when on water and a small amount of ink to print out the highest quality.
2. Caused by alkaline paper, usually for alkaline paper coatings, when printing to be overly "washing", the wetting fluid is alkaline, cause on the plating section with ink. Weak acid can be added in the wetting liquid, keep the pH is between 6 to 7.
3. The adjustment depends on version of water roll is not correct, check whether both sides pressure on average.
Version 4. Depending on the ink roller pressure is not correct, it shall keep in contact stripe width of 3 mm (3/16).
5. Wetting liquid excessive evaporation, printing room temperature should be about 22 c (72 f) and relative humidity between 55% ~ 65%.
6. Ink emulsification, replace the quality difficult ink emulsification.
